Metropulos Development LLC is a Pittsburgh-based real estate development consulting firm specializing in sustainable projects in urban settings, with a focus on strong community and institutional participation. By focusing on urban settings, we are able to blend existing infrastructure and amenities with new efforts that are designed to be functional and catalytic while being financially viable and environmentally responsible.

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. It informs all of our efforts whether creating new buildings, helping re-use older structures, orienting buildings for passive solar gain, creating development and operational budgets, or facilitating community-wide solutions to energy issues. As a result, our projects are designed to be more economical to operate, healthier for their occupants and have minimal environmental impact.

We believe that the physical design of a building needs to be mindful of the health and wellbeing of its occupants as well as contribute to the community in which it exists. Every project has the potential to uplift and enrich lives.
